The recipe

This recipe is meant to evolve. I believe there is always a certain trick or a brillant idea that can make it better.

If you think, your own recipe is better, please leave a comment and I will be happy to try and change mine if it is the case.

Apart from that, I am currently experimenting a version without gluten, I’ll let you know…

So, let’s see the current state of the recipe:

Lemon tart (v1.0) - Yo’s version

Ingredients (for 4 to 6 servings):

Ingredients - Lemon tart

  • Pastry : you can buy some already made pastry to make the recipe simpler (or faster), but I highly recommend that you use the pastry recipe there.
  • 4 lemons
  • 150 g sugar
  • 20 cl cream
  • 4 eggs

Instructions :

  • Put butter on a pie tin so that your tart will be easy to serve. Sorry I lost my proper pie tin some time ago, probably at a friend place…

  • I usually use my fingers to put the pastry into the pie tin in a thin layer.

    Pastry - Ready

  • Heat the pastry for 15 minutes…(150-180 °C will be perfect), then let it cool. It should be a little bit dry in the end.
